Overview
We're seeking a Treasury Analyst Sr to join our team! In this role, you'll play an active role in the organization’s treasury activities including cash forecasting, investments, banking treasury operations and manage the oversight of the system-wide insurance program. You'll be responsible for financial and strategic analysis of various treasury related projects.
Location: Remote/work from home with strong preference for candidates residing within the UPH geographies of Iowa, Illinois, & Wisconsin.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Develop cash forecasting models to ensure adequate liquidity to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements, advising management of its short- and long-range planning.
Partner closely with operational, financial, and strategic planning leaders on forecast updates.
Serve as the primary contact with commercial banks in cash management services, trust, custody and with business managers regarding day-to-day treasury needs.
Provide support to the organization’s investable assets, interacting with the investment advisor on relevant materials and project deliverables for investment committee leadership meetings.
Negotiates bank service fees and implements new products and services to improve and simplify operations.
Oversee the maintenance and update signatories on bank accounts.
Identifies and implements enhancements to the cash management system, processes, and policies.
Strong collaboration expected with internal partners to share information, set policies, shape strategy, and gain efficiencies across departments.
Use operational expertise to seek out, research and evaluate a variety of solutions to provide clients with high quality, efficient products.
Responsible for managing the enterprise-wide insurance program, working closely with the insurance broker establish and maintain appropriate insurance policies to address business related liability risks (e.g., property, casualty, legal, general, and professional liability).
Lead and coordinate the annual renewal process and timeline, including critical analysis of data submissions and exposures.
Partner with key organizational leaders to shape, guide and influence the enterprise-wide insurance program.
Oversees the insurance broker and carrier relationships with respect to policy placements.
Maintain a strong focus on process improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the function.
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
Requires minimum of five years’ experience in accounting or finance.
Experience With Financial Analysis Required.
Prior Treasury or related experience is preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s):
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.

Strong Excel Skills Required.
