Job description

We are currently seeking a Customer Success Agent to work remotely for a team based in Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Provide exceptional customer support by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for the customer and drive product improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Proficiency in utilizing customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
