Acumatica Application Consultant (Remote)

Role And Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing and optimizing Acumatica system for our manufacturing clients.
• Configure Acumatica to align with manufacturing workflows and processes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
• Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
• Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.
  
  

Education, Experience And Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Acumatica ERP software.
• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is required.
• Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  
  

Location:

• Work from home.
• Travel up to 30%.
