About the role
We are looking for a talented Head of Design who will help define and enhance the art direction of our Company - Websites and Social Media Platforms. The Head of Design should have an expert technical skills, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills. You will be responsible for research and analysis, overseeing a variety of digital and video media projects, and hands-on development of design frameworks, and website interfaces.
📌 Effectively manage a team of designers and provide creative direction and input on all design-related projects and functions
📌 Create an enticing site landing page that should encourage visitors and audience to convert from leads into subscribers or customers.
📌 Provide creative thinking magic regarding dynamic and responsive Wordpress and UX designs.
📌 Running A/B testing campaigns as part of side projects
📌 Designing effective logos, branding materials, and website designs
📌 Creating graphics for social media campaigns by creating images that can be posted on company page and blog
📌 Develop trendy, and attractive visual layouts, icons and Youtube thumbnails
📌 Collaborate closely with Product Managers to develop designs aligned with their goals.
About you
✅ Proven ability to deliver high quality designs (Please Submit your Portfolio)
✅ Existing ability to work on Wordpress Platform
✅ A bachelor’s or higher degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, graphics design, interaction design or related field.
✅ Excellent understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
✅ Strong knowledge of various designing processes and prior experience in managing them.
✅ Strong ability to “translate” briefs from marketers or developers into technical design “language”
✅ Proven ability to deliver high quality designs.
✅ Ability to lead digital design teams in a fast-paced working environment.
✅ An eye for detail and analytical skills to read and take inputs from the audience and market research data.
✅ Good communication skills.
✅ SEO and Video Editing Experience is a plus
