Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team as an Acumatica ERP Implementation Consultant. The successful candidate should possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate self-motivation, and be capable of working independently on multiple projects at the same time.

Position Description:

  • Manage Acumatica ERP implementation projects across all deployment phases.
  • Collaborate with fellow consultants and developers to ensure quality assurance and timely completion of assigned projects.
  • Communicate across multiple departments to document cross-departmental requirements and dependencies.
  • Test design requirements based on company and project requirements.
  • Engage directly with end-user customers, including C-level executives, business process owners, department managers, and end users, to ensure that project requirements are fulfilled.
  • Offer customer support after implementation through weekly client status meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in all phases of ERP implementation, including requirements documentation, design, configuration, validation, data migration, user acceptance testing, and training.
  • Documentation of project requirements, including the functional gaps between customer needs and Acumatica's native functional capabilities.
  • Ensure the final ERP configuration aligns with project requirements and test plans.
  • Liaison between customer and internal company assigned project manager.
  • Effectively communicate between customer and internal back-end developers. Perform data import and migration tasks utilizing Acumatica import methodology. 
  • Research, test, and resolve assigned Help Desk case management and support tickets as directed.
  • Current Acumatica Business Consultant Badge Certifications, highly preferred.
  • Previous experience as an implementation consultant, administrator, or solution consultant.
  • Easily articulate accounting, finance, and operational concepts.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills and communication skills.
