Job Title: Student Enrollment Advisor
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

The company offers an online HVAC program designed to equip students with the skills needed to build successful careers as HVAC technicians. Their mission is to inspire confidence in students, helping them navigate the admissions process and envision a brighter future through education and career advancement.

Position Overview:

The Student Enrollment Advisor is a key player in converting inbound leads into enrolled students for the HVAC program. As the first point of contact, youll guide prospective students through the admissions process, address their concerns, and build rapport to inspire trust and confidence in the programs value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Lead Conversion: Engage with leads calling in, build trust, and inspire confidence to enroll them in the HVAC program.
  • Admissions Guidance: Navigate prospects through the admissions process, address concerns, and highlight the programs benefits.
  • Rapport Building: Use excellent communication skills to build connections with prospective students and earn their trust.
  • Sales Strategy: Employ proven techniques to optimize conversion rates and meet enrollment goals.
  • Follow-Up Communication: Maintain proactive communication with prospects to ensure a smooth onboarding process.


Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with minimal accent to build rapport and trust.
  • Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in education or related fields.
  • Ability to confidently discuss a $4,000 program fee and address objections effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like High Level or similar platforms (training available).
  • Money-driven, motivated, empathetic, and results-driven personality.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience as a US expat living abroad.
  • Prior experience in admissions or program enrollment.
