Trade Marketing Manager for Distributor Channel Development


A day in the life of Trade Marketing Manager for Distributor Channel Development

  • Develop commercial strategies for the channel in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams (including POSM initiatives, tailor-made activities, and seasonal activities).
  • Coordinate new product launches for the channel (planning, communication, execution, and tracking).
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with the distributor (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Prepare and present business channel results at internal meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Guide the channel/category in creating a picture of success in retail.
  • Follow the implementation and evaluate all trade activities for the channel.
  • Proactively identifies gaps compared to competitors in the assigned channel and proposes effective solutions for improvement.

 

 

What will make you successful?

  • Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in sales,business development, customer management, or related field.
  • You have university degree in relevant field (economics, marketing, administration etc.);
  • You are a team player and result-focused with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • You have the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, you are advanced user of MS Office package.
