Position Summary

As a Category Key Account Manager, your role will involve collaborating with key customers to develop and implement sales strategies, achieve targets, and drive customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for conducting business reviews, negotiating trade terms, and executing customer development activities in alignment with company strategies.

A day in the life of Category Key Account Manager
- Development of the category sales strategy and action plan for the specific category with key customers in modern channels.
- Achieve sales targets and customer contribution goals for assigned category and customer.
- Analyze customer sales performance and develop business plans aligned with channel, categories and brand strategies.
- Negotiate annual business plans with customers.
- Conduct regular business reviews with assigned customers.
- Monitor in-store execution and provide feedback.
- Negotiate annual trade terms with customers.
- Manage trade investments and optimize use of allocated funds.
- Perform pre and post evaluation on all assigned customer activities to ensure optimal use of trade funds.
- Follow up on outstanding debts and claims from assigned customers.
- Input to Forecast meetings.
- Plan and execute customer development activities in collaboration with Sales Force, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain.
What will make you successful?
- Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in business development, customer management, sales, or related field.
- You have great negotiation capabilities, as well as strong bussines planning skills.
- You are a team player and result-focused with strong communication and presentation skills.
- You have the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
- You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
- You are advanced user of MS Office package.
