WHAT YOU WILL DO

Campaign Performance & Analysis:

  • Optimize campaign performance by performing pre-launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring best-in-class strategies are applied across customer accounts.

  • Conduct regular audits and continuous optimization to scale campaigns, leveraging custom analysis and historical best practices.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, measure success, and inform strategy. Provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

  • Generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, learnings, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Address requests from the Account Management team in a timely, high-quality manner, and support in building and presenting QBR decks to customers.

Campaign Management:

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities, including budget and performance monitoring.

  • Launch and optimize new ad campaigns to drive app installs and user engagement.

  • Work closely with Technical Solutions engineers and Product teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth campaign execution.

  • Use SQL to query databases, extract meaningful insights from large datasets (e.g., auction, bid, and win logs), and improve campaign strategies.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in media buying, app retargeting, and user acquisition.

★ WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit for the CTV Campaign Management team at Adikteev if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience as a Buy-Side Media Trader, with a proven track record in media buying, user acquisition strategies, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, particularly for mobile apps.

  • Demonstrate a strong command of MS Office (PPT, Excel) and Google Suite;

  • Have basic to intermediate SQL skills, which are a strong plus.

  • Have experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create impactful data visualizations and reports.

  • Showcase a good command of English (C1); French is a plus.

  • Pay great attention to detail and possess strong business and analytical skills.

  • Demonstrate strong process, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Work in a customer-oriented manner.

  • Have experience with a scripting language (Python) or are eager to learn one.
