Strong Junior Business Analyst (Enterprise and Game Solution Unit)

We invite a Strong Junior Business Analyst to join the Enterprise and Game Solutions Unit. We work with domains such as Gaming and Gambling, Automotive, Business Process Management Automation, Fintech, HealthCare, and others. There are projects of different sizes for various markets, including Europe and the USA.

• Conduct interviews and analyze documents to elicit business needs
• Evaluate and reconcile data from multiple sources to define true needs
• Develop vision documents, requirements specifications, and user stories
• Act as a liaison to ensure a clear flow of requirement
• Contribute to multiple projects and manage competing priorities
• Track, prioritize, and maintain requirements throughout the lifecycle
• Prepare proposals and participate in organizational activities

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret Customer business needs and translate them into functional and quality requirements 
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies 
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies with practical experience in managing user stories, sprints, and backlogs
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile processes and documentation management tools
• Demonstrated success in excelling in a fast-paced, global environment while effectively managing multiple priorities 
• Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Focus on the effective delivery of results
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
