About the Client

Our client specializes in the following throughout London:

  • Sale and purchase of properties, including off-market properties

  • Long and short term letting of properties

  • Property management, including vacant property management

  • Block management and guaranteed rent services.

About the Role

We are looking for an efficient, organised, and self-motivated UK Property Management Admin Assistant with a positive outlook, ready to bring their expertise to an enthusiastic start-up environment. They will need to have a sound and logical approach, decision-making skills, and strong ability to communicate.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the company and its management systems, including projects to improve ways of working and organization.

  • General administrative duties, such as answering calls and emails, monitoring the calendar, and updating the database.

  • Ensure that management of properties are executed in a cost effective and timely fashion.

  • Sourcing of quotations and coordinating of contractors for both the property management and block management side of the business.

  • Financial reconciliations and invoicing.

  • Support with initiatives and marketing; manage social media presence.

  • Assist the managers with daily tasks, errands, and plans.

  • Offer top-notch customer service.

  • Research as required.
