What you'll do
  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels to identify and attract top candidates, including job boards, employment platforms, social media, professional networks, and headhunting. Stay ahead of talent trends and implement innovative sourcing techniques for strategic and high-impact roles.

  • Candidate Evaluation and Relationship Building: Conduct thorough assessments, including résumé reviews, interviews, and skills evaluations, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely, constructive, and transparent feedback.

  • Collaborate with Hiring Leaders: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop compelling job descriptions, and define ideal candidate profiles. Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies, offering market insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Deliver a Seamless Hiring Journey: Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and pre-employment evaluations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all stakeholders. Advocate for the organization's culture, values, and employer brand throughout the hiring process.

  • Drive Recruitment Analytics and Continuous Improvement: Leverage data to analyze recruitment effectiveness, identify trends, and refine strategies. Maintain and enhance recruitment reports and dashboards to optimize performance. Evaluate and adopt innovative tools and technologies to improve the talent acquisition process.

What you bring

Experience: 

  • 4+ years in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on service-oriented industries.

  • Proven ability to recruit for strategic and senior-level positions.

  • Preferred experience with Big Four firms, Accenture, or other top-tier HR consulting companies.

Skills:

  • Expertise in platforms like LinkedIn, Zona Jobs, and Bumeran.

  • Advanced Excel skills and intermediate PowerPoint proficiency (both will be evaluated).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Languages: Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (required).

Location and Work Conditions

Hybrid Model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Office Location: Easily accessible by public transportation.

  • Argentina: Buenos Aires/GBA

  • Mexico: Southern region


Work Hours: Flexibility is possible to accommodate business needs.

  • Argentina: 10 AM – 6 PM

  • Mexico: 9 AM – 6 PM
