Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead new client acquisition efforts, focusing on securing new logos and driving the sales cycle from deal origination to closure.
- Leverage your deep understanding of the BPO services market and competitor offerings to inform and execute the company’s growth strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Industry Business Unit leads to develop and implement targeted account strategies, ensuring high-value and high-growth client acquisition.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring repeatable and profitable revenue streams across various Business Units.
- Execute go-to-market plans through targeted campaigns, industry events, and other sales channels, including advisors and influencers.
- Translate client needs into tailored service offerings, developing winning proposals that align with the company’s capabilities and the clients’ business requirements.
- Serve as a crucial intermediary between the service delivery team and the customer, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven track record as an individual contributor in selling multi-year, multi-million-dollar BPO and Advisory engagements.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals with Annual Contract Value (ACV) exceeding $2M and Total Contract Value (TCV) over $10M within the specified client sectors.
- Extensive experience in new logo hunting and business development within the North American market.
- Strong strategic relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
- Must currently reside in the mainland U.S. and be eligible to work in the U.S.
