This is a remote position.

Scope:

  • Full-time position (42 hours per week)
  • Monday to Saturday, 9AM - 4PM East Amwell, New Jersey Time
  • Includes 30mins paid break

Job Description
We’re seeking a versatile Executive Assistant with strong social media skills to support our client’s visionary founder. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a complex international schedule, balancing tech conferences and musical performances while driving the company’s social media presence. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced startup, coordinating across multiple time zones and contributing to the launch of groundbreaking VPN technology. This position promises growth potential within a rapidly expanding company that’s attracting significant investor interest.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the founder’s email and schedule, coordinating between technology conferences and piano performances
  • Arrange international travel and logistics for both business and musical engagements
  • Handle light bookkeeping duties
  • Coordinate with event organizers for the founder’s musical performances
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for the company’s VPN product
  • Create and manage content across various social media platforms
  • Assist in coordinating outside marketing efforts
  • Provide support during non-standard hours due to international time zone differences


Requirements


  • 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Must have social media management experience including content creation, video editing and graphic designs.
  • Proficiency in social media management and strategy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
