Job Description

As a Sales Closer / Lead Nurturing Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind converting qualified leads into satisfied clients for our innovative hair transplant clinic. This unique position blends sales expertise with client education, requiring a delicate touch to guide potential patients through a significant decision-making process. You’ll leverage your communication skills and sales acumen to nurture leads, address concerns, and ultimately book life-changing procedures. Working in a dynamic, remote environment, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives while contributing to the growth of a thriving cosmetic surgery practice.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with and nurture 5-9 new leads daily, generated through cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns
  • Conduct compelling follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and text messages using the GoHighLevel CRM system
  • Schedule and facilitate consultations, both in-person and via Zoom, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Educate potential clients on advanced hair transplant procedures, addressing concerns and objections with empathy and expertise
  • Develop and implement effective closing strategies to convert leads into booked procedures, targeting 2-3 bookings per week
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales progress within the CRM, ensuring seamless communication across the team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve targeting based on market insights
  • Provide valuable feedback on lead quality and emerging market trends to continuously enhance the clinic’s outreach efforts
  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion and professionalism when discussing sensitive topics related to hair loss and restoration
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the medical, cosmetic, or high-end service industries
  • Exceptional closing skills with the ability to nurture leads through complex, lengthy decision-making processes
  • Outstanding communication skills in English; Spanish fluency is highly desirable to serve a diverse client base
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel, or ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Flexibility to work part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) across 6 days, ensuring responsive lead management
  • Demonstrated comfort in discussing sensitive topics with discretion, empathy, and professionalism
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, thriving in a remote work environment
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and unwavering commitment to patient confidentiality
  • Passion for helping clients boost their confidence through transformative cosmetic procedures
  • Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing practice, with potential for role expansion
