We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. You excel in researching and identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful connections, and coordinating appointments to support our sales team’s growth. With a proactive mindset and exceptional communication skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging technology and strategic outreach to maximize results.

As the Sales Development Representative, you will provide excellence by:

  • Researching and identifying potential clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.

  • Building and maintaining a database of prospects, including key decision-makers.

  • Analyzing business directories, trade shows, and online resources to identify leads.

  • Conducting light introductions and scheduling meetings for account executives.

  • Gathering insights to refine outreach and engagement strategies.

  • Partnering closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.

  • Providing regular updates and metrics on outreach and appointment-setting performance.

  • Suggesting and implementing strategies to optimize lead generation and appointment processes.

  • Utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency.


Requirements

Do you have what it takes to be our Sales Development Representative?
You are highly qualified if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment in the supply chain, logistics sector. 

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or equivalent platforms.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using data scraping tools and conducting online research.

  • A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

  • Self-starter and results-driven attitude with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Must be presently residing in the Philippines.


Expected Work Hours and Timezone
This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity aligned with U.S. hours. The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt as needed to meet business demands.
