Deine Aufgaben
  • You are responsible for the care of our French customers, communication with airlines and external lawyers
  • You work on a variety of tasks such as assessing our customers' cases and answering e-mail enquiries
  • You work in cooperation with our internal Legal-Team and our French partner law-offices
  • You help to optimize our operational processes and bring new ideas into play
  • You contribute to cross-departmental projects

Dein Profil
  • You are interested in consumer protection and are able to quickly work yourself into new and complex topics
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You work independently and reliably, and you are very self-motivated
  • You have excellent proficiency in French and you speak English very well, German is a plus
