We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to pro-actively support the go-to-market strategy of DocuWare products and solutions. This is a fully remote role with travel to our Beacon, NY office three times a year, travel once a year to our DocuWorld event (location varies within the US) and annual travel to our headquarters in Germany.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create messaging concepts for DocuWare products and related campaigns.
  • Plan and implement communication and marketing activities for DocuWare launches and updates.
  • Designs a wide range of content on DocuWare products and their application scenarios, geared to the needs of the respective target group: prospects, customers or sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis for the U.S. ECM market as a basis for the strategic direction of sales and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other marketing teams, for example on global campaigns or product presentation on the website.
  • Manage planned product launches with the Product Marketing Team.
  • Liaise with our Sales colleagues to gain from their experience and to provide expertise as needed.
  • You have a specific focus on managing the US market in aligning all product marketing activities with sales and other marketing initiatives.
What you need to succeed
  • A bachelor’s degree with a focus on marketing, online marketing, (technical) communication or a comparable education.
  • Previous professional experience in product marketing for IT/software products. Experience with partner sales models is an advantage.
  • Familiar with B2B markets.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You are skilled at finding relevant topics for different target groups and processing them into precisely fitting communication.
  • Familiar with modern marketing CRM software such as HubSpot.
