Job description

🚀 Salesforce Software Tester

Join our quality assurance team as a Salesforce Software Tester, where you'll contribute to ensuring the highest standards of software quality for Salesforce platform implementations. This role offers a opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and make a direct impact on the success of enterprise-level projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Log defects and track them systematically for efficient resolution.
  • Develop test cases under the test lead's direction, ensuring accuracy and realistic data representation.
  • Thoroughly document test outcomes and execute test scripts within Azure DevOps.
  • Perform mobile testing using a personal iOS or Android device.
  • Work closely with the test lead to determine testing priorities.
  • Clarify business requirements through insightful questions to guarantee comprehensive test coverage.

Technical Skills Required:
  • Practical knowledge of testing within the Salesforce platform.
  • Competence in recording test results and defect management.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Developer Console or Workbench for integration testing (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in testing integrations within Salesforce environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach towards team leads.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and standard testing procedures.


Additional Details:
  • Location: Anywhere in Mexico (remote work from home).
  • Eligibility: Fluent English speakers and legal residents/locals only. Direct hire as a full-time employee.
  • Contract Type: Direct hire, indefinite contract.
