The Territory Associate Sales Representative for Radiometer is responsible for achieving country and individual sales targets, driving business development, and maintaining excellence in customer relationships within the assigned territory.

This position is part of the Sales Multifunction/General Department, located in Gwangju, Korea and will report to Area Sales Manager. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Sales Team and report to the Area Sales Representative, responsible for managing channel partner relationships and expanding the customer base while ensuring seamless alignment with our business goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, including instrument, accessory, and service revenue goals.

  • Drive IB (Installed Base) growth and ensure alignment with company strategies.

  • Expand unit sales and manage Price Variance (PV) targets to support business objectives.

  • Collaborate with channel partners to optimize market penetration and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-customers to foster loyalty and long-term success.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Biomedical Technology, Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, or an equivalent qualification.

  • Up to 2 years of sales experience in the IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) market, including entry-level positions.

  • Proficiency in Korean and English.

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and experience in CRM or other commercial tools.

  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel: Approximately 80% travel is required, within designated regions/territories in Korea.

  • Valid driver’s license required: Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and be capable of operating a vehicle.

  • No specific physical environment requirements are applicable to this role.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Previous experience in managing IVD sales channels or equivalent customer-facing sales roles.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or commercial sales platforms.
