Job description

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a B2B technology/AI/services environment.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and digital advertising platforms.
  • Proven ability to create and manage engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working in small, agile teams with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with Horizon Digitals goals and growth targets.
  • Identify new channels, opportunities, and partnerships to enhance our reach.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Work with sales to qualify and nurture leads into opportunities.
  • Manage marketing funnels, ensuring continuous improvement in conversion rates.
  • Plan and oversee performance marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor ad performance and budgets, adjusting strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content (blogs, white papers, case studies, videos) to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with our brand values.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Use data insights to improve marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Work closely with sales and delivery teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
