Job Title: Onboarding Manager for Bookkeeping Operation
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Onboarding Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for new clients. Responsible for integrating clients into the company's financial systems, this role ensures the delivery of accurate, accessible financial data while fostering strong client relationships. In 2025, the company expects to onboard approximately 100 new clients, underscoring the importance of this position in maintaining its growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Integration: Transition new clients into the company's financial systems, creating tailored processes that ensure accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible financial information.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze clients' existing financial systems and design innovative solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • System Design and Implementation: Create, document, and manage financial processes; identify areas for innovation and improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish trust and rapport with clients, using strong interpersonal skills and a touch of humor to build lasting relationships.
  • Adaptability: Master new software and systems to enhance service delivery and support company growth.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handoff to other departments.


Qualifications:

  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting with experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for designing and documenting systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage client expectations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the home services or construction industries.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with U.S. tax preparation.
