#About the gig

We’re looking for an Admissions Associate to join our B2G team to manage the interview process for public sector-funded bootcamps. In this role, you will guide candidates through the admissions process, assess their eligibility for grants, and ensure the selection of motivated and capable participants.


#Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 15-minute remote interviews with pre-selected candidates to
    evaluate their suitability.
  • Review and analyze candidates' logic test results, focusing on problem-solving
    and critical thinking skills.
  • Assess candidates’ adaptability, motivation, and potential for success in the
    bootcamp.
  • Provide clear and concise feedback on each candidate’s performance and
    interview outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to finalize participant selection, ensuring
    diversity within cohorts.
  • Ensure smooth communication with candidates and internal teams
    throughout the admissions process.
  • Maintain an inclusive and respectful interview environment.
  • Review and verify documentation required for candidates to qualify for
    bootcamp grants.
  • Meet established targets for candidate admissions and interview completion.


#Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, admissions, or a related role; experience in
    tech education or bootcamps is preferred. Sales experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to evaluate technical and soft skills effectively within a short interview
    timeframe.
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with aptitude and logic assessments.
  • Flexibility in scheduling interviews to accommodate candidates’ availability.
  • Experience working with public sector programs, including handling
    documentation and understanding the specific needs and processes involved.
