Job description

Position Overview 

The Director, Vaccine Account Management Enablement is responsible to look strategically across partner functions to optimize deliverables, ensure alignment with the broader organization and enhance team dynamics and culture of the Vaccine Account Team The Director reports to the Vaccine Accounts Lead. 

How You Will Achieve It

  • Liaise with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment across priorities and delivery of key projects.

  • Support the Account Management organization, and ensure teams remain in sync with other key functional partners and the rest of the organization.

  • Manages priorities, agendas and deliverables for key meetings in the organization such as management team meetings, town halls, business reviews etc.  

  • Support the VP and Leadership team to focus on the most important patient-impacting deliverables and help to make the right trade-off decisions.

  • Supports, prioritize and influence initiatives having the greatest impact on the accounts team.

  • Participates in cross-functional meetings.

  • Serves as a catalyst with the VAD team to ensure fluid communication and awareness that impacts their teams.

  • Provides field perspective to cross function teams via national advisory board leadership at multiple levels.

  • Ensure the Vaccine Account Management Team is informed and aware of all field impacts and able to carry forward and lead through any executable decisions.

  • Identify and lead projects/programs designed to increase Team performance.

  • Develop and execute communications to help drive overall team performance and culture.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in neuroscience sales, marketing, operations.

  • 2+ years people leader experience.

  • Prior HQ office role preferred.

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to put innovation into action.

  • Excellent project management experience.

  • Ability to think in the big picture, while also being disciplined and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to operate effectively in an evolving organizational structure with minimal direction  

  • Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders at various levels to achieve the objective, often without direct authority  

  • Strong analytical skills to be able to do both qualitative and quantitative assessments  

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
