If you possess a talent for crafting engaging and on-brand designs across various media, we want to meet you. Your role will involve defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphic elements, and building navigation components. Your mission? To shape the visual aspects of websites, banners, and key visuals while ensuring a killer UX/UI design. Responsibilities

• Dive into design briefs and decipher requirements.
• Unleash your imagination, allowing it to roam freely as you conceptualize visuals based on specified criteria.
• Bring your brilliant ideas to the forefront through rough drafts, giving them an initial tangible form.
• Bring designs to life using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, creating a roadmap for visual excellence.
• Design user interface elements with finesse - menus, tabs, and widgets that seamlessly blend style and functionality.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes to showcase site functionality.
• Be the superhero who identifies and troubleshoots UX problems.
• Collaborate with fellow creative minds to bring all elements together and produce the final design masterpiece.
• Test your graphics rigorously across various media to ensure their adaptability and visual appeal.
• Welcome feedback with open arms, using it as a guiding force to refine and enhance your designs.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in graphic & UX/UI design that speaks for itself.
• A robust portfolio featuring a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency with design software and technologies (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with wireframe tools (such as Wireframe.cc and InVision).
• A sharp eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Methodical team player with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ideally Naples based
