The Role

You will lead our sales efforts across the whole of the North of England region, creating and nurturing relationships with SMEs and helping them unlock their potential through our innovative part-time/fractional People Director services. You'll have the autonomy and flexibility to shape your schedule – you decide how you will manage your hours to make this role a success.

  • Familiarity with social media marketing and networking strategies, especially LinkedIn.
  • A strategic mindset that enables you to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • A 'hunter' mentality, proactive in seeking out new business and closing deals.
  • Experience in working with SMEs and understanding their unique challenges and needs.
  • A collaborative spirit, eager to support and engage your team in achieving shared goals.
