Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Recruitment Assistant who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, interactive environment. In this role, you will support our Recruitment and operational teams by sourcing top talent, managing administrative tasks, and occasionally participating in interviews. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by collaboration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process: Sourcing candidates, conducting competitor mapping, and handling related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a candidate database for various job openings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support HR in scheduling, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Participate in interviews from time to time to help assess candidate fit.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline recruitment processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform data entry and other additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of professional experience in any domain.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you feel energized by interacting with others.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
