Job Overview


The US Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the companyโ€™s marketing initiatives by managing projects, streamlining operations, coordinating creative outputs, and creating engaging content. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts.

Job Description

Marketing Project Management
  • Set up and manage tasks in project management applications (e.g., Asana, Monday, or Trello) to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and deadlines to keep marketing projects on schedule and aligned with goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of campaigns.
Marketing Operations
  • Track and report key marketing metrics, including lead sources, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and deal pipeline data.
  • Review and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and dashboards to improve efficiency in marketing processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Assign tasks to outsourced creative team members, including designers, web developers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers.
  • Ensure that all creative outputs align with the strategic direction set by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
  • Provide constructive feedback and monitor the quality of deliverables to maintain high standards.
Content Creation and Management
  • Gather ideas and content from the leadership team for newsletters and social media posts.
  • Use pre-designed HubSpot templates to create and send a monthly email newsletter.
  • Create or review basic designs for social media posts using Canva, ensuring they meet brand guidelines.
  • Schedule and publish at least 8 social media posts per month across various platforms.
  • Engage with the audience on social media to foster community interaction and enhance brand presence.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Marketing field or as a Marketing Coordinator.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with additional design or marketing tools beyond Canva and HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Marketing and Communication Skills
    • Proficient in HubSpot for creating workflows, automations, reports, and dashboard.
    • Ability to track lead and deal life cycles using CRM tools.
    • Experience creating and managing email newsletters.
  • Content Creation
    • Design basic marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
    • Develop engaging content for social media platforms
    • Create email campaigns using pre-designed templates

  • Social Media Management
    • Schedule and publish posts across various social platforms.
    • Monitor engagement and manage audience interactions to foster community growth.
  • Design and Aesthetic Skills
    • Strong attention to detail to ensure all marketing communications are polished and professional.
    • Review designs and creative materials for quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Team Management Skills
    • Coordinate tasks for outsourced creative team members, including designers, copywriters, and developers.
    • Provide clear feedback and ensure creative outputs align with the Chief Marketing Officer's direction.
  • Software and Technical Skills
    • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation.
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and template-based email design.
    • Proficient with marketing analytics tools to monitor and report performance.
  • Newsletter Management
    • Experience creating and distributing email newsletters using pre-designed templates.
