Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on development tasks from our backlog using Azure DevOps.
  • Write reusable and reliable code that meets high standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot bugs, ensuring robust testing of code.
  • Assist and collaborate with team members on various projects.
  • Share your knowledge and contribute to enhancing internal processes and skills.
  • Provide valuable insights during retrospective meetings.

Requirements:

  • A BSc degree in IT or an equivalent field.
  • Experience in Level 3/4 support roles.
  • Previous experience as a support engineer for cloud-based SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyze application logs, traces, and metrics effectively.
  • Basic understanding of REST, HTTP, SQL, and proficiency with tools such as browser developer tools, Postman, and JMeter.
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET and the ability to read and understand code to identify root causes of issues.
  • Experience with Azure services is preferred; any cloud experience is welcome.
  • Experience with AKS or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Willingness to participate in shift rotations during weekdays and on-call support during nights and weekends.
  • A passion for problem-solving and a keen interest in learning new DevOps skills to understand complex cloud applications.
  • Proactive thinkers who can provide effective solutions to live issues after thorough analysis.
  • Highly motivated self-starters with a positive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

    Salary: 35-40K EUR gross year
