Compensation
Hourly base pay rate is $16.15 - $24.23/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
In this role, you will act as the client advocate, responsible for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will achieve this by taking ownership of tasks and processes while managing a high volume of internal support requests. Your responsibilities include clarifying and communicating information, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions, focusing on internal customer satisfaction in every decision and action.
You will also review source documents for data accuracy and relevance by visually examining input and output data. Additionally, you will verify output against control totals, check the format and accuracy, and distribute information to the appropriate departments. You may also prepare source data by collecting, aggregating, and compiling documents or information before performing data entry.

What You'll Do:
- Educates and acts as liaison for clients on auction processes.
- Gain proficiency in all platforms, systems, and tools for managing client records, transactions, documentation, and relevant data
- Maintain accurate documentation of conversations in the designated system to ensure continuity of handoffs and the accuracy of client profiles.
- Collaborate closely with our BPO partners and team members to identify client needs and research issues and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Navigate daily responsibilities efficiently while maintaining positive interactions with others.
- Contact external vendors, clients, or customers for status updates, vehicle locations, and information gathering to ensure program requirements are met.
- Identify key opportunities for enhancing processes.
- The capability to efficiently identify inaccuracies within information.
- Maintain strict adherence to Cox standards and guidelines regarding reconditioning services, ensuring consistent quality, and accuracy per client SLA guidelines.
- Proficient knowledge of NAAA guidelines to ensure proper placement of vehicle announcements and or brands.
- Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and other internal business platforms.
- Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
- Execute additional tasks as designated by management, as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience;
- OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Transportation or general automotive experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in a phone, email, SMS, or chat context highly preferred.
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, high-energy, dynamic and demanding environment highly preferred.
