We are looking for a highly skilled Wholesale Coordinator to help us transform the way rugs are sold online! This is a full-time role and 100% remote - work from anywhere in Australia!


Miss Amara was founded with one mission - to create the best possible experience for people shopping for rugs online.


We are shaking up the homewares industry with innovative technology that removes the biggest pain points in buying a rug - offering free returns, freestyling, and industry-first augmented reality tools.


The role


Are you passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional service? As our Wholesale Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of expanding our B2B channels across all Miss Amara brands.

Your mission? Seamlessly onboard new retailers, provide day-to-day support for our valued B2B customers, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to be best in class. From coordinating timely deliveries to maintaining clear and proactive communication, your role will be key in shaping our wholesale strategy and fostering long-lasting partnerships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of wholesale rug accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring strong, long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and other wholesale partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet sales, revenue, and margin targets, while also expanding market share for our rug collections across key retail channels.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, tracking sales, order volume, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, improve product offerings, and optimize sales performance.
  • Negotiate and secure favorable terms and conditions with wholesale clients, including pricing, shipping, and delivery terms, to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate product delivery, effective promotional campaigns, and outstanding support for wholesale customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends within the rug and home decor industry, using insights to drive profitable sales growth and expand our wholesale presence.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on wholesale account performance, key sales metrics, and market trends, helping inform strategic decisions for future growth.
  • Collaborate with the Product Specialist to fulfill requests for retailer product training, and product education assets, and provide samples upon request.


The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of e-commerce or sales experience preferably in the Australian market.
  • Understanding of the Australian marketplace landscape.
  • Proven track record of managing and supporting wholesale accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Data and driven and experienced with understanding metrics and converting them to actionable results.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing eCommerce environment.
  • Strong client management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the company and end customers.
