• Identify, source, and recruit exceptional candidates for positions including:
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialists
    
  • Client-Facing Roles/Sales Professionals
    
  • Administrative Assistants
    
  • Website Developers
    
  • Graphic Designers
    
  • Accounts and Bookkeeping Experts
    
• Collaborate with the hiring team to understand job requirements and organizational culture.
  
• Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract top talent.
  
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.
  
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and maintain transparent communication.
  
• Deliver a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  

Requirements

• Proven track record as a recruiter, preferably in freelance or commission-based roles.
  
• Expertise in recruiting for one or more of the mentioned specializations.
  
• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, job boards, and networking platforms.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet targets within defined timelines.
  
• Understanding of remote work dynamics and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.
