We are currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator ready to join our adventure. 

The person joining us will work with colleagues within the Client Team as well as with other teams across our company and will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. 

What you will be doing

You will support the processes which are related to our clients and commercial actions, mainly through the following: 

  • managing sales CRM (HubSpot) by entering and maintaining accurate client data, tracking leads, and generating reports

  • preparing sales presentations and other client-related documents

  • assignment of client leads coming from our website to appropriate Sales team members and monitoring if the leads are followed up  

  • monitoring progress of leads and Sales Team activity and correction of data/ dashboard when necessary 

You will have an influence on our sales governance processes by: 

  • identifying, building relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders

  • verification of internal checks and collaboration with key stakeholders in the areas of Compliance, AML, Credit Risks, Product, Finance, Legal, Delivery teams

  • ensuring that sales guidelines and standards are followed with all approvals in place 

  • maintenance of repository with minutes and approvals 

  • ensuring that contract signing process is realised with legal teams

You will be responsible for reporting related to clients and commercial actions particularly by: preparing reports and presentations with regards to sales pipeline on demand and providing evidences to internal or external audits. 

You will manage all post-sales activities for our clients by maintaining positive client relationship, support and issue resolution and cross-selling opportunities identification. 

Skills you should have
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within client-related roles

  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset to drive positive results for our clients and our company

  • Proficiency in preparing PowerPoint documents

  • Experience and knowledge of working with CRM system (best with HubSpot) 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams concurrently without loss of quality

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Great organisation and time management skills

  • Ability to build and develop strong relationships with others across different teams and organisations

  • Team player who will collaborate and work well within own, and cross functional teams
