Hours: 20 hours per week

Pay Rate: $15/hour

We’re offering a part-time, temporary internship designed to provide exposure to various aspects of marketing, including trade show coordination, association marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations. This role will give you the opportunity to work closely with our dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects.


Key Responsibilities:

Association Marketing Support

  • Manage administrative tasks related to association placements and partnerships.
  • Track deadlines and organize specifications and content needs for promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to collect, approve, and distribute assets.

Trade Show Coordination

  • Assist with logistics for state shows, including shipping booths and ordering one-time items. 
  • Handle hotel bookings, credit card authorization forms, and calendar scheduling for trade shows.
  • Research and arrange dinner reservations for larger events.
  • Oversee inventory management and fulfillment of giveaways.

Webinar Administration

  • Schedule and manage calendar holds for webinars.
  • Update project management tools (e.g., Asana) with post-webinar tasks.

Product Marketing

  • Update and refine existing competitor battlecards to reflect current information.
  • Assist in the creation of new battlecards, especially in emerging product offerings.

Marketing Operations

  • Provide support for conversational email and nurture workflow development.
