Your role at Clorox:

The Capabilities Team Manager – Product Owner, Pricing and Commissions is a key part of enabling Clorox’s Digital Transformation journey. You will be on the leading edge of rolling out new technology to the Enterprise by delivering Pricing capabilities within Project Elevate touching the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Sales applications.

In this role, you will:

  • Product Owner for Pricing and Commissions within SAP S4 and Vistex.
  • Accountability for the implementation of a set of initiatives within Project Vista supporting the launch of our new ERP and boundary applications.
  • Coordinate SME support and input
  • Document current and future state process
  • Define and create sprint deliverables and document user stories
  • Translate business process into technical design
  • Testing and Training of new systems and processes
  • People Management and Development

What we look for:

  • Experience with Pricing Management and/or Commissions Management
  • Must have SAP pricing experience
  • 5+ years of CPG experience, preferable in Finance or Sales
  • Ability to operate successfully both strategically and tactically
  • Must be able to work effectively with others and build strong sustainable business relationships at all levels and functions of the organization
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Self directed, results oriented and strong team player
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • People Management experience preferred

Workplace type:

This role is open to considering candidates that are within Clorox Hub locations (with a preference on Durham or Alpharetta based) and will be in the office 3x per week. Open to considering internal applicants currently working in a remote capacity.

Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100
Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100
Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
