ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, ensuring data quality and integrity, and providing actionable insights to key stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions.

  • Design and implement and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, to support business performance analysis and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their data and reporting needs, and provide tailored data solutions to meet those needs.

  • Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, including statistical modeling and predictive analytics, to uncover insights that help drive business outcomes.

  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data used for analysis by performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.

  • Monitor and assess data infrastructure and tools to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability of data processes.

  • Collaborates with external partners, vendors, or third-party to ensure alignment on project objectives and effectively address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.

  • Provide regular reports and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Strong knowledge of the Google environment, including Google Sheets, Apps Script, Analytics, Ads, and Looker Studio.

    • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

    • Experience with data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing.

    • Familiarity with BI and Data Analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.

  • Analytical Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically about complex issues.

    • Skilled at analyzing datasets to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities.

  • Communication:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Organization and Collaboration:

    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of the automotive industry, key metrics, and its specific data challenges.

  • Bilingual in English and French.

Salary Range

$63,400.00-77,650.00
