Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM German time (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time) (should be available to meet daily)



Responsibilities:

  • Manage and categorize financial transactions using Quickbooks (personal and business).- basic bookkeeping
  • Prepare weekly or monthly financial reports and dashboards.
  • Manage calendar and schedule appointments, ensuring no double bookings.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining Notion workspace.
  • Help with personal and business administrative tasks.
  • Potentially assist with forecasting using CSV exports and Google Sheets.
  • Support in streamlining processes and documenting procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage design and branding tasks - quotations and scheduling:
  • Coordinate personal services:
    • Schedule personal services such as cleaners or other household-related appointments.
  • Proactively manage ad hoc administrative and project tasks as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Quickbooks or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Experience with Notion or ability to adapt to new software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and CSV file handling.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors (designers, service providers, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a timely manner.
