Job description

Are you curious about designing programs that drive impactful business outcomes? As a Strategic Programme Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of data and go-to-market (GTM) projects across shiftmove. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will coordinate efforts across data engineers, GTM analysts, and cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of key strategic programs.

This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate in building a program management function while contributing to data unification and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute detailed roadmaps for strategic data and GTM initiatives, using agile methodologies like Scrum.
  • Manage sprints, retrospectives, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure measurable outcomes and operational excellence.
  • Define and implement program management tools and frameworks to improve project visibility and efficiency.
  • Act as the central point of contact between GTM, data engineering, and product teams, ensuring alignment and driving integration during M&A efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to unify product, customer, and operational data, while ensuring compliance with data governance standards (e.g., GDPR).
  • Provide transparent updates to senior leadership on project progress and build strong relationships to foster alignment and accountability.

  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with the capability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively
  • Proven program management expertise, with a track record of leading complex initiatives
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), with CSM certification or similar being a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and governance frameworks
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for building frameworks and functions from scratch.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in dynamic environments while bridging technical and business discussions.
