Trilogy Federal is seeking a highly qualified remote Sr. Trainer to lead the tasks related to the planning, creating, and execution of test administration, learning management, customized subject matter specific training, and educational courses for a large federal client. Trainings are delivered via an instructor-led (i.e., traditional classroom setting or conference/seminar) or web-based (i.e., Internet/Intranet, software packages and computer applications) system.
Only candidates with an active Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) PIV card will be considered. Please note, work on this federal contract is guaranteed through the end of March 2024, with anticipated contract renewal after.
Primary Responsibilities: Develop training materials, including guides, videos, and e-learning modules. Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions. Collaborate with project teams to identify training needs. Provide post-training support and address user queries. Update training content based on feedback and system changes. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Active VA PIV Card and the ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance. 8+ total years of experience including relevant training delivery and instructional design experience. Expertise in developing and leading virtual training sessions. Familiarity with VHA patient portal or similar healthcare platforms. Strong facilitation, written, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:Expertise in 508 compliance and user centered design.
