Job description

Role: Oracle EBS Procure to Pay Business Analyst
Type: Contract
Work Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6 months



Top 3 skills:
  • Oracle EBS experience
  • X12 and XML Knowledge
  • EDI transaction experience (esp. 850, 855, 856, 810)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in testing the EDI system to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and integration.
  • Support the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring they understand and comply with EDI requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any EDI-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to EDI processes and supplier onboarding.

Skills:
  • Oracle EBS experience (required)
  • Procure to Pay processes
  • Purchasing module
  • Accounts Payable module
  • XML Gateway
  • X12 Knowledge (required)
  • XML Knowledge (required)
  • EDI transaction experience (esp. 850, 855, 856, 810) (required)
  • OpenText Trading Grid experience (preferred, not required)
