Job Title: Remote Client Engagement Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized Work From Home Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage client partnerships, ensure client satisfaction, and facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams. You'll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Build and nurture strong client partnerships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client expectations and project goals.
  • Oversee client onboarding and provide necessary guidance and support.
  • Monitor client accounts and key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate consistent communication with clients through meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Gather client insights and collaborate with teams to implement improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on client engagement and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in client engagement, account management, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team setup.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Industry-specific knowledge relevant to the projects you'll be supporting.

Compensation & Benefits:
