Customer Experience Specialist Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Work 4 days remotely, 1 day in the office or fully remote)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional support to our customers via email and chat, addressing their needs with professionalism and empathy (no phone support).
  • Identify customer challenges and offer solutions that go above and beyond expectations. Share valuable insights and feedback to help improve our product and services. 
  • Keep customers informed about exciting new features and updates. 
  • Follow up to ensure every query is resolved and every customer feels valued. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience in customer support, account management, or a similar client-facing role. 
  • Strong written English skills (upper-intermediate or better). 
  • Knowledge of German or French is a bonus. 
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or CSS is an advantage but not required. 
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for learning and growth. 
  • We are open to entry-level individuals who may not have prior experience but are eager to learn and grow with us

Shift Details:

  • 8-hour workday, starting between 8 AM and 10 AM, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.. 
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working 4 days remotely and 1 day from the office in Limassol, or fully remote.
