Who We Are: Empowering Clients and EAs Through Excellence

At Atlas Assistants, we’re more than just an agency — we’re a community of excellence. We connect clients with exceptional Executive Assistant talent while fostering an empowering environment for growth and impact.

As a TA Department, our mission is to:

  • Bring A5 players — professionals who are not only A-players but are also individuals we want to work with for at least the next 5 years. These are exceptional candidates who align with our values, deliver excellence, and make an impact.

  • Provide a values-driven process that respects candidates and ensures a positive, transparent experience.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, your work will directly contribute to creating meaningful matches between top-tier talent and our clients, driving long-term success and mutual growth.

The Role: Be the Bridge Between Talent and Opportunity

Are you passionate about finding exceptional talent, refining systems, and creating seamless hiring experiences?

You’ll play a critical role in:

  • Identifying A5 players and matching them with clients to ensure an optimal fit.

  • Advocating for candidates, providing them with feedback, coaching them to showcase their skills effectively, and helping them present their best selves.

  • Collaborating across teams to continuously improve recruitment systems and outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Management
  • Screen Applications: Evaluate incoming applications, videos, and case studies within 48 hours to maintain a smooth recruitment flow.

  • Conducting Interviews: Interviews will be a large part of your day-to-day, allowing you to build strong relationships with candidates while ensuring a seamless, high-quality hiring process.

  • Build Relationships: Engage with candidates authentically, being fully present and creating a positive, professional experience for them.

  • Candidate Coaching: Provide feedback and guidance to help candidates refine their profiles, case studies, and interview performance.

  • EA Matching: Identify and recommend the best matches for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and alignment with client goals.

Process Optimization and Collaboration
  • Refine Processes: Maintain SOPs to streamline hiring operations.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Client Onboarding, Growth, and EA Success teams to enhance systems and ensure smooth handovers.

  • Employer Branding: Partner with the Growth team to attract quality candidates through consistent and engaging branding initiatives.

Performance Monitoring and Metrics
  • Track and report on key success metrics, including:
    • Time to Match: Aim for <7 days.

    • EA Success Rate: Maintain 90%+ success in onboarding and client satisfaction.

    • Candidate Satisfaction: Achieve NPS scores of 8.5+ for candidates.

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years in talent acquisition or related roles.

    • Proven experience conducting interviews and engaging with candidates authentically and professionally.

    • Preferred experience hiring remote Executive Assistants for U.S.-based clients.

    • Proven experience hiring talent from LATAM, South Africa, Europe, and/or the Philippines.

  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Experience with ATS systems (preferred: TeamTailor).

    • Experience with Airtable and Notion is preferred.

    • Familiarity with Kolbe Assessments is a strong bonus.

    • Experience with Top Grading Interviews is preferred.

  • Skills:
    • Passion for interviewing and building authentic relationships with candidates.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational mastery.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Cultural Fit:
    • Enthusiastic about connecting talent with opportunity and creating positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

    • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us
  • Impactful Work: Play a critical role in shaping the success of clients and EAs through thoughtful, values-driven hiring.

  • Fair Compensation: Starting at $1,300–$1,400/month with performance-based bonus opportunities.

  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy remote flexibility, 10 paid days off, unlimited sick leave, and 7 holidays of your choice.
