Are you passionate about shaping the future of restaurant management technology? We're on the lookout for a talented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving the direction of our products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our diverse customer base. If you're a creative thinker with a knack for problem-solving, a multi-tasker, and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

What Will You Do❓

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the timeline and milestones for feature development and product enhancements.
  • Evaluate and prioritize feature requests and enhancements based on factors such as customer feedback, market demand, technical viability, and business impact.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, support, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Study, articulate, and advocate for user-centric designs and collaborate with product designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences and interfaces.
  • Coordinate product releases and updates, including defining release scope, coordinating testing efforts, and communicating release plans to stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, such as user engagement, retention, and satisfaction, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Partner with customer success and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption and address customer feedback and concerns effectively.
