Job description

Enavate is seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting content creation efforts, leveraging a variety of tools to create and edit videos, written content, graphics, presentations and more. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, visual storyteller, and tech-savvy marketer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for brand consistency.


Report to: Marketing Leader
POD: Growth, Marketing
Location: Ukraine (remote)

Your day will consist of:

  • Campaign Support: Work alongside Demand Generation Manager to execute on campaign deliverables.
  • Content Creation: Work alongside the Content Marketing Strategist to develop and edit compelling content across various formats, including videos, presentations, blog posts, and infographics, using a variety of software and AI tools.
  • Video Production: Leverage editing software and AI tools to produce, edit, and enhance video content for marketing campaigns and internal use.
  • Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts across the organization to facilitate the creation of engaging, accurate, and informative content.
  • Social Media Support: Work alongside our Social Media Specialist to assist in developing and delivering innovative ideas for engagement.
  • Writing and Editing: Write, edit, and proofread content for blogs, newsletters, emails, case studies, sales enablement materials, and other marketing materials to ensure clarity, quality, and brand alignment.
  • Presentation Optimization: Enhance content and visuals in presentations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, best practices, and impactful design.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all content and marketing materials.
  • Analytics and Insights: Monitor content performance metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and ROI.

 

Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:

  • Advanced English Level
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, graphic design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in tools for video editing, content creation, and design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and style.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with social media platforms and tools like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and visual design best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and metrics is a plus.
