What We're Looking for

We’re seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our efforts in selling cutting-edge embedded banking technology solutions to Fintech partners and our expanding network of sponsor banks. The ideal candidate is an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in financial technology sales and a passion for leading high-performing sales teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, process, and culture while driving team success in closing deals.

What You’ll Do
  • Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Partner with team members to identify and nurture prospects, assist in complex deal negotiations, and ensure successful closings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define sales strategies and operational plans that align with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with prospects, acting as a strategic advisor to their executives, product teams, and developers.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop impactful campaigns and collateral, and with product teams to relay customer feedback and enhance offerings.
  • Oversee the team’s pipeline to ensure consistent progress and forecasting accuracy.
What You’ll Bring
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on selling technology solutions to financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and growing a sales team, ideally within the financial technology or banking sector.
  • Deep knowledge of FinTech, banking markets, and associated tech stacks.
  • A proven ability to drive sales strategy while maintaining a hands-on approach to coaching team members and engaging in critical sales cycles.
  • A knack for aligning diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders, with clear and compelling communication.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills that foster trust and lead to mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a bias for action and results.

The salary for this full-time position (USD: $150,000-$185,000) is determined by role, level, and location. The range informed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US and Canadian locations. Within the range, individual pay will be determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant training, and other factors.
