Senior Events Experience Manager

Vimeo’s marketing team is searching for a talented, passionate, and experienced Sr. Marketing Manager of Events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving awareness and demand for B2B SaaS products.

In this role you will be responsible for planning and executing Vimeo’s largest branded events, such as Vimeo’s REFRAME user conference, and our presence at large partner events. You will be an event marketing subject matter expert, with a strong point-of-view on what success looks like.

What you’ll do:

• Lead event logistics for Vimeo’s marquee event REFRAME
• Manage event production agencies and vendors (including but not limited to furniture, F&B, venue, etc)
• Partner with Vimeo’s internal video production team to strategize and plan for the livestream elements for Vimeo’s events
• Partner with event production agency and content teams on ROS, rehearsals, and onsite speaker needs
• Own day of event communications and logistics
• Work with community, demand, partner, creative, and customer teams to create delightful and impactful experiences across all touchpoints for pre-event, event, and post-event moments
• Assist in maintaining and reconciling event budgets
• Develop scalable and repeatable processes that make event planning and production more efficient and effective
• Support event project management including decks, briefs and timelines
• Assist in staffing plans for Vimeo REFRAME

Skills

• 6+ years in event management
• Experience working on events that are in many regions 
• Experience working on in-person and virtual events
• Demonstrated ability to create net new event programs and drive business impact
• Positive and motivated self-starter
• Experience collaborating and managing external agencies
• Lead and influence with executives and cross-departmentally
• Excellent budget management and project management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
• Creative, collaborative, and resourceful
• Data-driven mindset focused on setting and measuring KPIs and pipeline metrics
• Working knowledge and comfort working in Tableau, Asana, Figma a plus

Base Salary Range:

• NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles:    $123,000 - $169,500 
• All other US cities outside above metro areas:    $110,700 - $152,550
