Job description

Our client is redefining influencer marketing with a community-first approach. Leveraging years of experience in the startup and consumer packaged goods (CPG) space, they have created a scalable, results-driven solution for seeding and gifting that builds authentic influencer relationships. Their methods set a new benchmark for impactful and organic influencer partnerships.

As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing and managing influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement for our clients. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will assist in coordinating seeding and gifting initiatives, supporting client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of all campaign activities. You will help build relationships with influencers and creators while tracking trends and performance to continuously elevate the impact of their campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Coordination

  • Support the execution of influencer marketing strategies, with a primary focus on seeding and gifting campaigns.

  • Manage and organize influencer outreach spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness.

  • Coordinate logistics for gifting initiatives, including product shipments, tracking, and follow-ups with influencers.

  • Maintain project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met promptly.

2. Influencer Relations

  • Research, source, and identify influencers and creators that align with client goals.

  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, acting as a point of contact for collaborations and campaigns.

3. Content Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create briefs and guidelines for influencers.

  • Assist in brainstorming and curating ideas for campaign themes and initiatives.

  • Track UGC content and assist in repurposing for client use across various platforms.

4. Trend Tracking

  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and cultural moments.

  • Provide regular updates on platform changes, creator developments, and industry insights to inform client strategies.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track the performance of influencer partnerships, including engagement, reach, and other key metrics.

  • Generate campaign reports, summarizing insights and providing recommendations for optimization.

  • Maintain organized records of campaign results, budgets, and influencer agreements.

6. Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the account team, including meeting preparation and client communications.

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of influencer interactions, agreements, and campaign documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience or internship in influencer marketing, PR, or related roles preferred.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging trends.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with sharp attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Suite, or influencer platforms (e.g., ShopMy, LTK, Shopify Collabs) is a plus.

  • Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for social media trends, pop culture, and the influencer landscape.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
