About The Role

As a Strategic Solutions Engineer, you will partner with the Strategic Sales team to support the entire customer journey as the technical expert, contributing to the growth and expansion of Jasper’s largest customers. In this role, you will deliver live product demonstrations and sales presentations, and lead clients through technology adoption for Jasper products. You will represent Jasper at customer meetings (virtually and in-person) and be a key resource supporting our aggressive growth targets. You will build relationships with key decision-makers and serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical and non-technical related topics. This fully remote role reports to the Manager, Solutions Engineering and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

 What you will do at Jasper
  • Partner with the Strategic Sales team to support the entire customer journey, including discoveries, demos, workshops, managing POCs, and uncovering expansion opportunities.

  • Represent Jasper at customer onsites, conferences, webinars, and industry events.

  • Support clients and teams through their AI journey and process change.

  • You will have a deep understanding of MarTech and can design and build end-to-end custom solutions leveraging APIs and automation tools.

  • Knowledge of Jasper’s architecture and security protocols, and how they pertain to industry regulations.

  • Align solutions with broader business goals and strategies, and simplify complex concepts into impactful solutions. 

  • Facilitate workshops and consulting sessions to understand customer needs. 

  • Confidently present to C-Suite stakeholders both in person and virtually. 

  • Effectively communicate and partner with sales, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams at Jasper.

What you will bring to Jasper
  • 8+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer at a startup, SaaS company supporting the organization’s most strategic customers across their entire journey with a proven track record of success.

  • Value-led approach to selling, where you can quantify the business impact of technology investments.

  • You thrive at working in a fast-paced environment with minimal management or guidance. 

  • You are a recognized leader among your peers, customers, and the industry(s) you support. 

  • Deep marketing and AI industry expertise, including trends, use cases, competition, and personas. 

  • Experience working with APIs, building custom POCs, and working with iPaas solutions (Workato is a plus).

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across various personas.

  • A foundational understanding of AI (LLMs, RAG, prompting) is a plus, including skills in crafting, optimizing, and iterating prompts for GenAI applications. 

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected OTE offered for this role is $220,000 - $240,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
