Job description

As a Sales Coordinator, you would be well positioned to learn the ins and outs of sales, while supporting our Enterprise Sales team. You are helpful and organized by nature, you have the gift of persuasion and you want to learn everything there is to know about sales with a strong passion for driving opportunities to completion with thoroughness. Enjoy Customer Interactions and solving problems proactively (ideally never letting them become problems). You are a strong/ cross functional business partner and enjoy defining processes and creating efficiencies.
What you'll do:
  • Be the department’s communications hub, ensuring the flow of messages and info within the department and externally between fellow departments, customers and vendors.
  • Log information in Salesforce when reps have limited availability
  • Coordinate meetings with various internal stakeholders and prospective customers
  • Work to troubleshoot issues that sales reps face while on the road, such as sending prospect communications due to flight delays, determining what local store has a projector available for purchase because one broke, etc.
  • Represent the Sales in internal meetings while they are on the road, including: taking actions, communicating changes, and requesting feedback as needed
  • Document and follow up on outstanding action items with prospects, partners, and third party vendors
  • Project manage internal initiatives to support outside sales, such as RFPs (request for proposals)
  • Process payments for sold deals by acting as the liaison to Billing and ensuring specific customer requirements are met
What you'll bring:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in working within a sales organization in an administrative, coordinator, project manager or assistant role
  • You are a self starter, passionate, ambitious and have a "can do" attitude
  • You are self-motivated, have the ability to work independently, and are people oriented
  • Proficiency and knowledge of Google Suite, Atlassian and Salesforce
  • Experience in customer facing position
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $49,000 USD - $70,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
